Signing your child up for a club
Different opportunities run throughout the year — some are one-time sessions, others continue. Here's what to know before you register.
Pick a day & club
Read the descriptions carefully. Each club has different grade-level requirements — please be mindful of your child's grade when signing up.
Note the day of the week
Take note of whether you're choosing a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon session.
Register & pay online
Complete the full registration to secure your spot. You'll receive an email confirmation from Membership Toolkit.
Watch for the details
Before clubs begin, the club's sponsor will send paper confirmation and dismissal information. Read it carefully for pick-up procedures.
Confirmation required: Your child is NOT registered if you don't receive a confirmation email from Membership Toolkit. To ensure your application is received, please complete the entire registration process.

Low enrollment: Clubs with low enrollment may be cancelled. If that happens, the club liaison will notify you and share other openings that are still available.
